Up to **** looking for old debt

I got a call from Smith Attorneys, they show as spam and blocked list, also they asked me to confirm my ID no. Then the call dropped after they confirmed this with me. I was histerical because in today's life how can you not worry when someone has your ID number. I called Nedbank to met by a gentleman that while I was still speaking, he transferred me through to another department without saying anything, I was like Hello, hello? Nonetheless I got transferred to a legal department that told me that they handed over the debt to Smith Attorneys, when I said it's been 5 years it should automatically become prescribed debt the agent giggled and said thats not how it works. I was like how does it work, explain to me? I could sense that she thought this situation was really funny as I don't know how prescribed debt worked. Nonetheless I decided to not continue the conversation because not once did any of these people understand or empathize with me about what I was going on about, frustrated and they thought it's funny and also not educate me. It's 5 years already what **** is Nedbank up too? Why is this debt being brought up now only? I want the contact center manager to call me no one lower!!! I will hello peter nedbank every day till this is resolved. I will not stand for this and I will take you on legally for this.
