*****up insurance consultant does respect the cleint as they put on hold for 18mintuts 55 second - claim logged on the 10 dec 2020 is not attanded

I have had the assessor at my house on the 10 December 2020 to asses the structural damage on the property (Plastering peeling of the wall inside out ) I have made a number of follow ups with the newgroup insurance call center to find out the status of the claim but I have been send from pillar to post with no definitive answer.

I have been put on hold every time I ask the questions and cannot understand reason as the call is eventually dropped.

The option that I have is to look for new service provider that will take care of my needs during rainy season.
