Nedbank Insurance for Household and abuilding is the worse ever.

My experience with them has been the worst pathetic service ever.

Please people do not go with them

I have been with them since purchasing my home.

I have claimed for a garage motor and for safety reasons I acted on replacing it immediately. I have notified them with all supporting documents, photos of the damaged remote, invoices which they can see on my bank statement I have paid the company, sent through the damaged report as well. So I requested the the disclaimer form so I can claim the funds back they are giving me the runner around. After Weekes to hear that my claim has been rejected cause I never followed their protocol. They have tried to contact me only once but me has the client needs to call them to follow up what's the progress. This is people have no empathy towards the next person.

I requested a call back multiple times and not one at all.

Ridiculous, Pathetic, worst experience ever.
