UnUnprofessional/no help/no service from Nedbank

Good afternoon. I have been requesting a settlement amount for the past 2 weeks from nedbank home loans. I am a pensioner. I am being transfered from one department to another. I wait on the line for sometimes more than half an hour with absolute no help. Are they not supposed to be professional people working at a bank?? How do I settle my home loan cause I can't walk into a branch, they don't help home loans. I am asked to call the home loans department, but sadly no one can assist. I will never recommend anyone to Nedbank. They a bunch of useless people who knows nothing about banking. I am disgusted with Nedbank. I will not pay an extra cent towards any arrears, they must get their act straight. Gloria Meyer acc ***
