UNTRUSTED FINANCIAL SERVICE PROVIDER

On 19 Feb MFC received an email from Quicksure that the car was written off, Assessor letter , MFC settlement amount letter and other info. MFC did NOT respond. When my wife phoned them on 11/3 they asked her if she knew why one takes out insurance. When i phoned they said that they received nothing. Biggest liers in south africa. Also when you ask to speak to a supervisor (I did twice) MFC put the phone down in your ears. What do they have to hide? Why cant you speak to a supervisor? Why this ********* business practice?<br> <br> MFC cannot and should not be trusted and neither their parent company NEDBANK.<br> <br> JUST ***********.<br> <br> Please unite against NEDBANK and MFC and get them out of SA.
