Untreated claim

I have a problem with my submitted claim, I have provided paperwork in order and it seems like my broker is not finding suitable timeto process my claim or taking my calls. The panel beater cannot start with work before getting authorization. I think it's not normal for a claim to take upto four weeks without being finalized. Please help.
