Untrainned stuff and inadequate services

I went to Nedbank Kempton square branch to open a late estate account and the consultant couldn't assist us.Her reasons was that she wanted a letter of authority yet we had an executorship from the master of the high court.The executorship gives authority to the executor to exercise rights such as opening a late estate account.The branch manager was called in,and we were still not assisted.To my surprise we Decided to go to FNB and the friendly proffered consultant were able to assist us.The same executorship which we were told that it does not give the executor authority was used to open the account.Nedbank Kempton square branch staff need serious training on processes they interact with daily.The service was so bad,the branch manager was not helping at all since she also looked lost.The bank doesn't even deserve a single star.
