Untrained staff

I sent your social media a message to do an early release on my investment as my vehicle was ****** on the 06th of March and I have now just found one but buying it cash. I need to do early release for the shortfall between what i got paid out and what I`m buying for. Anyway I got told I have to go into the branch which i know from past experiences is incorrect as this investment was opened online. Then to waste my time even further i got told that only transactions under R 50.00 can be done online. I sent them screenshots of the transaction done earlier this year which was definitely not R 50.00. Please train your staff as it is super frustrating and time consuming dealing with this sort of nonsense!
