Untrained staff

Nedbank home loan division don't seem to know anything about their own products. They pass the clients on from one person to another without any success. It would be great if someone who possibly knows about nedbank's products, could give me a call as I was promised numerous amounts of times by the ill-advised staff that seem to take the calls.
