Untrained staff

Mzwakhe Mthethwa from your tire and RIM insurance is useless. You have to suck up information for him to talk and he's very frustrating to deal with. I understand the process of you having to deal with 3 of your service providers but there's a way to make the information much clear to a customer. My issue that I wanted to clarify is can't I take my car to BMW Repair center or Livonia Tires to fix my Rim as both of these guys will provide me with loan wheels to drive my car in the meantime. Please train your people to deal with customers
