Untraceable missing money from my account and Nedbank doesn't care

This must be the most unhelpful branch ever. Money disappeared from an international transfer, so I went to the branch to find out what happened. The woman confirmed that it wasn't bank fees and she didn't know what happened to the missing funds. She told me I had to find out. I told her to get the branch manager (who was conveniently unavailable) to call me urgently and I am still waiting.

Now I have to lodge a claim with the Ombudsman and move all my accounts from Nedbank as it seems like they happily take people's money whenever they feel like it with no justification.

DO NOT use this branch and do not open an account with Nedbank as it seems like they no longer care about the customers or protect your money.
