Untraceable funds for both Capitec and Nedbank

I am writing to lodge a formal complaint regarding a transaction issue involving both Capital Bank and Nedbank. On 29 December 2024, I made an immediate R500 deposit that did not appear in my account. The funds have still not been credited.

I have contacted both banks multiple times, but neither has provided a satisfactory resolution or traced the missing funds. I am deeply concerned.
