Untouchable, uncontactable!

Contacting Nedbank is a tedious task!. The app is great, as long as you don't need to contact your banker!

I have a business account with them, I am not receiving my statements and also cannot get details for my vehicle finance account with them. I have requested this via the app but I get no response and if there is a response, it comes days later!

Calling them is a total waste of time! You simply get transferred around until you get cut off!
