Unsympathetic

I cannot believe that Nedbank can be so unsympathetic to assist during these difficult times. My father-in-law is 95, immobile and in frail care in Gans Bay. I have power of attorney to look after his finances. Went into Cape Gate Branch requesting that an investment of my father-in-law be transferred to my father in law's banking account. I provided power of attorney, proof of my father in laws bank details and copy of ID's. The consultant told me that, if I get more up to date certified copies of both of us, they will send it to their Legal Department. Drove all the way from Brackenfell to Gans Bay, get ID at frail care, went to shop where copies could be made and then to the police station to have it certified. Drop all the documents of at Cape Gate Branch. After all this, Nedbank Legal Department declined the request. On top of this the consultant was very arrogant that I will have to take my father-in-law to Gans Bay branch or arrange with the Manager of Gans Bay branch to arrange visitation by a bank official. Hallo, how must I get him there, how are a bank official visit him when no visitation is allowed.
