Unsolicited emails

Sending unsolicited emails. I have never been a customer of Nedbank, and yet here I get an email today offering me a loan. So please do tell me, where did you buy my details from and what gives you the right to use it? Surely somebody in muppetmail central knows that this is no longer legal?
