************ Company!

This is entrapment on the highest level on any kind!

I had made a payment arrangement with Legal Recoveries for my home loan account which had outstanding fees. The agreement was for 12 months effectively as of 25 July 15 of which I honored. Prior to that term maturing I called in Jun 2016 to verify when will the last debit be offset for the arrangement and was provided with the information requested ONLY. Truly in Aug & Sep 16 my debits have returned to normal. To my surprise I got a call from Berence that my account is in arrears due to legal fees.

How the heck is that even possible whilst my arrangement was covering the outstanding fees!

For argument sake, if indeed there were incurring charges not included on the agreement…

· Why wasn’t I informed about them prior signing the agreement

· Why did the bank wait up until the 12 months agreement lapsed and then I get notified 2 months later

Upon calling in requesting the information about the due date for the arrangement I was still not advised of any outstanding

Am I supposed to pay for fees incurred due to someone’s negligence or incompetence? No!
