Unsaved customer and angry as hell

I came into the bank at 15: 11 I need to open an account with this bank , I sat in the bank until all employees left the bank 1 by 1 , other customers who were in the bank left unsaved , how could they leave work leaving customers unattended. This is so pathetic, is it because they are old black customers who cant complain. I ended up leaving as well, because there was only 1 person attending customers while the rest of the employees left , giving each other goodbye hugs and kiss while grannies have white lips hungry and looking miserable. Come on nedbank you can do better than this. A banking institution that big and with a good reputation has been ruined by ungrateful employees who only cares about there salaries and not their jobs. I am sick with this attitude that has been demonstrated by these so called bank employees.
