Unsatisfying Service

Nedbank is one of the ****ty banks to bank with, they do bot adhere to there policies and own agreements in fact they are unable to even explain the terms of there agreements, makes e wonder how there staff got the jobs, they are extremely rude. I've closed my portfolio with them, worst experience ever.
