unsatisfied customer

I have an account at Nedbank and now I am on the my goal Goal plus and I have been calling for 3 months now and requesting my account to be my gold today i have been on the phone for about an hour and not getting any help and each time i call i am transferred to another agent without being told that I am transferred.

i can't service an account on a monthly basis while the account is not active
