Unsatisfied customer

I have opened a nedbank account online about a month ago and went into the Chatsworth branch to get my card on Saturday morning I received a message that my money was transferred out of my account and my account was blocked because it's under investigation I have no idea why I can't get any help as to tell me what is exactly happening I really regret joining nedbank as my previous bank never gave me a problem with money going into my account regularly this is because 9f my job I sell insurance so I get paid often now that I want to access my money I can't no1 has even called me to explain what is happening the services with nedbank is terrible
