Unsatisfied Client

We visited Nedbank Festival Mall Kemptonpark on Thursday to close my father in law bank account due to him passing away.

The lady who assisted us had no empathy just prosesess driven. She did not even say an simple my condolences to my mother in law. You would ask her a question and she will keep quite and after long silence she will respond. She has no customer experience.

We do understand that my mother in law will need a letter of authority form the Master Court to close the account it is standard process for everyone my issue is the way it was communicated.

Just a suggestion may be look at a process that if the value is less than a R1000 to be lenient on clients it's really not worth while to go through al that effort for an amount less than R500.
