Unsatisfactory service from Nedbank

I’m a nedbank private client, these guys saw fit to put my account under Debt review without my consent. I’ve spoken to senior credit management( J Meyer who told me to take it up with nedbank debt review department, Nhlanhla Masemula who didn’t even respond to my email, Attie Olivier my banker who told me about policies and that I should redirect my salary to a different bank. All I want is my OD reinstated ASAP as this is ruining my life. I have not missed any payment that go through from my nedbank but since this matter I have to deal with the admin of phone calls and my bank further stated that there have to follow a legal route however the hold on my account has been removed.
