Unsatisfactory service from Nedbank

I've been with Nedbank for a good few years, my accounts have always had funds in, never any issues, I upgraded my Cheque acc etc. Ive never requested loans as we've never needed them. To cut the long story short, I app**** for a personal loan to pay off some urgent medical bills, I was declined instantly, there was no reason just a straight forward You've been Declined. No other feedback from them. I'm sorry Nedbank but you going to start losing more and more clients this way. The service is disgusting to your loyal clients who you treat like garbage. I was looking at opening my bussiness account with you guys but after the service I've received, I'm now looking at other banks.
