Unsatisfactory customer service

I have really never been so disappointed in such a big company! I have been receiving the worst customer service of my life - I’m just applying for a credit card but have not been successful in getting positive feedback if the card is ready for collection or any type of happenings in this regard..contract signed and documents sent whereby no replies are sent back to me unless I actually email to find out what is the status! This is just so disappointing and a very unsatisfactory experience as a first time customer at this branch.. I am still waiting for them to tell me where to collect..Not impressed guys!
