Unsatisfactory customer care from NEDBANK call centre

I opened a nedbank account in January which is mi-goal plus. During my interaction with one of the consultant when I was trying to find out about an american express card (which I still do not have) she noticed that I am charged R32 for green bucks. First it was on the 3rd of February then another R32 on the 03rd of March. During the first deduction she said will send an email to a relevant department as I am not supposed to be charged for GB on MiGoal Plus. But still in March there was a deduction and when I called the contact centre was told the lady would revert back to me but still I am not called and no one has advised when this will be rectified.
