Unsatisfactory Answer Given

I have been battling to get proper answers from agents on the Nedbank Chat regarding my debit card that was swallowed by an ATM (6-Feb) and the slip showed it as "reported ******". I want to know WHO/HOW/WHEN my card was reported ****** ... not when I blocked it on the Money App.
