Unsatisfactory

My sister Nomfundiso Mabuwa app**** for a loan on Wednesday last week and was promised will be called within 3 days. To our suprise when we did numerous follow-ups the canceled the loan without informing the applicant and there is no apparent reason for the cancelation. The application was done at Vangate branch in the Western Cape
