Unsafe internet banking, elderly abuse and gross incompetence!

Unfortunately there isn't a zero star rating! i couldn't be bothered to recount the customer abuse suffered at the hands of this bank. Just wanted to let people know that this bank is not i-net secure, abuses the elderly and is lacking in competence in 99% of its functions except, ironically enough, at the ***** department! After 4 encounters in 72hours, we will be leaving this bank, closing all accounts and some significant investments. Nedbank you are a disgrace!
