Unsafe bank

I don’t know what has been going with Nedbank for the past few days but I regret banking with you guys This is terrible !!! This is service failure!!!! This bank is unsafe!! I deposited cash amounting to 4900 on the screen it showed that the money went to my account it showed my name that deposit is confirmed However i waited I waited I didn’t receive any slip but the screen showed that the money went through to my account I ddnt get any slip I ddnt get any notification It didn’t appear on my bank app aswell till it returned back to its normal screen 4-5 hours I called you guyz and explained what happened and you told me to wait 48 hours The app was down I don’t know what was really going with the system Next thing you tell me about checking footage then suddenly you tell me that there is nothing you guyz can do they took my money How?? Coz on the screen it reflected that it went to my account Then you tell me about footage

I need feedback and I want my money I should have sticked with fnb only nonsense maaarn!!!! The audacity for them to tell me the manager is not available or supervisor isn’t available is the one that really really ****ed me off there is no way a whole branch can operate without any manager on duty I refuse
