Unresponsive Service and Lack of Communication at Nedbank

I experienced extremely disappointing service. Despite registering my claim on January 7th and promptly submitting all required documents, I've received no response. Daily calls have gone unanswered, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied with the lack of communication from Nedbank.
