Unresponsive and not caring about people's time

I'm writing this complaint on behalf of my father since he is being sent in circles by Nedbank. We've been waiting to receive our car registration paperwork from Nedbank since last year July and we have already paid the necessary fees to receive it. We were told that he would receive it within 7 days and it has been months of back and forth. The selling of the car has been delayed and we would appreciate it if this issue can be resolved.
