Unresolved issue

I app**** loan to nedbank on 16 August 2024 then a sales person who was helping me with it gave me contract and sms, asked me to authorized debit check on my phone everything went well but even today no money appear on my app or my account. Made follow up with case number they gave to me and also went to branch they say back office or head office are busy with my application 🤔 so till today no money. The thing is they say I can't be able to talk to their back office/head office only them sales or consultant they can the worse with only emails 😒. How can I apply loan jumps over five day without sending money to my account? I've been banking with this bank over five years now what a such disappointment 😞 😮💨
