Unreliable ATMs

I went to the ATM on Monday to draw money however I couldn't get the cash. There was a technical glitch. A query was logged and I was promised feedback within 5 days. Apparently, they need to do an ATM recon... What if it's internal *****? What if whoever does the recon is the *****? I'm seriously disappointed. ***
