Unproffesional and Extremely Rude!!!

I received a call a few minutes ago, @ 3:31pm from this number *** who claimed to be from nedbanks head office, i spoke to a lady named Ziyanda who was extremely rude and unprofessional , she first didn't speak then after a few seconds asked to speak to me and asked to confirm my date of birth didn't mention calls are recorded and when i asked what it is in connection with she rudely responds by saying she will tell me only after i confirm my date of birth and i mentioned to her that i called nedbank regarding personal banking reasons a few days back so i wanted to know the reason of my call she refused to budge and told me to go call nedbank or visit a nedbank i feel that she has not been trained properly as she handles her calls very rudely and unprofessionally!!!
