Unprofessionalism

I got a Motor Vehicle finance from Nedbank, they then convinced me to move my transactional account to them and I will received R200 monthly on my cheque account for as long as the MFC account is debitting from the account.

The monthly R200 is not yet there,they are saying it will take 3months and so much needs to happen before. A lot of things I was not told initially

This is highly unprofessional from a big bank, like them.

I would not recommend anyone to join a team like Nedbank.

I cancelled a business account with them I guess I will move my personal account as well.
