Unprofessional staff
There’s a guy who called me saying I owe Nedbank R1200 for my cheque account that last used it in 2017. He is saying he has been calling me and someone was answering my phone saying i am not available. The number that he mentioned it’s my wife’s number not mine and he wants me to give him my email address and I refuse because he is working for the bank and I believe he has my information so why must I provide him with my email cos Nedbank has my information. If possible can I have the statement of that account

20 Jan 2023, 12:59He left a message for me at work and I called him and he’s telling me that I am being difficult if I tell him he’s seating in front of the computer he can access my information throught the system and send me whatever that he wants to send me
