Unprofessional staff!

I am disappointed in the unprofessional service received by Nedbank call center agents. They are rude and unprofessional and don't display any form of empathy or respect.

I called in regarding the repayment on my credit card and all they do it transfer you from one division to the other without explaining why. The service is appalling. I have disgusted band wouldn't recommend any the product or service to anyone. The interest in credit cards are ridiculous!!!!!!
