Unprofessional services

Good Day,

On the 4 September 2021 I went to greenstone branch to collect my new cheq card. The same day I used it. A week later by trying to use it again all transactions keeps declining.

I phoned the call center where a gentlemen informed me the card is closed and the new one is at the branch, he refused to listen while I was trying to explain to him I have the new card which expires in 2024.

I am done with nedbank I don't know I nedbank want me to live. If this is not sorted out by Wednesday 15 September 2021, I will go to a nother bank.
