Unprofessional service very bad pay for nothing

Logged a call for breakage in my house unfortunately did not get paid for general items only paid for building and structure yet i am up to date with my payments but contractual agreement broken,story they have in April it happened and it was November when this happened, i am really not happy and i know i will just have to remove all mya counts with them as they are not trustworthy
