Unprofessional service from Nedbank & their partner Brooks & Luyt

I would just like to know what type of companies/attorneys(Brooks & Luyt) Nedbank hands their clients over to.I had a Nedbank credit card that I was battling to settle for years which I enventually have.Paid the full balance required & now two months later I am still battling to receive my settlement letter.Initially advised it will take 14 days.Calling this company they advised 14-21 days.Now they are waiting on Nedbank & they have been waiting on Nedbank.And money was paid directly onto the Nedbank credit card.I am trying to clear my credit bureau & I cannot have it removed without settlement letter.Nobody seems to know what they are doing.Absolutely ridiculous.
