Unprofessional service!!!!

I recieved a call yesterday from one of your consultant regarding my loan, the consultant was uncooperative and didn't want to hear my needs.her line was bad from the get go but was shocked that after getting my account number she didn't want to assist anymore and she hung up the phone on me,she was hasn't called since.i think the consultant name was thandeka
