Unprofessional service

I phoned quering charges in respect of my credit card and requesting the GB linkage be cancelled. When asked to hold, they supposedly transfer the call, but you can hear people in the background. Nobody answers the phone. Despite aking for assistance numerous times, wasting my airtime, I dropped the call.
