Unprofessional Service

My company has a business account with said branch. Our major supplier needs a bank Guarantee for R160,000 made out to them in case of our defaulting as we use credit with them. I asked Nedbank to arrange this as we are their client. I gave them the form our supplier wanted to be used. Ashley said they had their own form. I managed to get IATA to agree that the wording could be altered as per Nedbank's requirements providing that clause 4 was left untouched. I sent Ashley the template again expecting that the issue was now resolved when I saw that Nedbank's legal adviser had prohibited the agreement as Nedbank has a clause that limits the time period over which a guarantee can be claimed to just one month after termination. IATA's Clause 4 gives them access to the guaranteed amount (which I will deposit with Nedbank) for up to 2 months after the arrangement expires (it doesn't expire - we would terminate it when we cease to do business if and when that should be). I imagined the problem solved as I had agreed to the two month period. I got a call from Ashley this AM. No email, just a call telling me that the legal adviser wasn't interested and they could not assist.
