Unprofessional service

Went to The Glen NEDBANK branch to link my account and have one profile for my credit card and cheque account. I was helped by Tammy who was not sure how to do the process. When I call the call CENTRE this morning. My profiles are not merged. They also have my cell phone number wrong. Which I didn't provide to them. They telling me that I should go to the branch to update. This is frustrating bcs yesterday I was at The Glen it means that I waisted my time.
