Unprofessional service

Nedbank has debited my account incorrectly for an amount close to R5000. The best they can tell me is that my money will be refunded after 10 working days. There are no dept nor any person I can talk in order to speed up the process. It is very unprofessional. I will never ever make use of Nedbank as a financial services provider. They are very quick to take money, but has endless delays in correcting an error from their side. Pathetic service.
