Unprofessional Nedbank Collections

I got retrenched and claimed for my credit card insurance in August 2020. The insurance was paid without any problem. Once I got a permanent Job in July 2021, I asked them to unsuspend my account. They told me I had to pay R1680 to unsuspend, which I did. After they received payment, they asked for my permanent contract/bank statement and payslips for them to unblock the account, which I did. But they are still refusing to unblock my account.
