Unprofessional manners

I settled my homeloan account,I asked them to close the account,they said the was an additional amount that needs to be paid back to us.i gave them all the details and account number so they can deposit the money..then 5 days later they deposited the amount and make an error by depositing another additional amount into my account..then I received emails and disturbing calls as I was on duty..then I decided to respond to the emails 3 hours after they tried calling and emailing,then they made their decision and took the money from my bond account without my knowledge and I called tshidi majefe as she was attending this matter,when I asked questions she hang up on me and blocked my calls,then I sent an email again,she responded that the call was disconnected due to loadshedding as she was working home..she never tried to call me again and make me understand her errors,she makes her mistakes my mistakes.i refunded back the money into my bank account.i want my home loan closed.
