Unprofessional, ignorance and not taking customers seriously actually treating them like trash

I just need advice how do you go about getting paid up letters from Nedbank I've tried every channel they don't send anything or respond to any text emails when you call they promise to get back to you but nothing happens even now I'm struggling this have been happening for years and there's no way forward
