Unprofessional gossipers at Nedbank Eastgate mall

I went there to open an account for my child, I was unattended , a while later the consultants called each other ,gossiping about me saying that I came late, what was I thinking, the consultant must not help me, she must send me back, this all happened at Nedbank Eastgate mall
