Unprofessional

I really thought moving banks would be better for me but turns out Nedbank is just as unprofessional. I cannot believe that they would debit my account without my authorization. Then tell me that they sent texts that I didn't receive. I cannot believe they would do that. My pay date doesn't change because it's December. I am so disappointed and thinking of switching my salary back.
